The Vulcan Traditional Bump Cap provides comfortable, lightweight, economical protection against scrapes, scalp lacerations and other potential head injuries from minor bumps. The Vulcan Traditional Bump Cap\'s outer shell is made of hard, durable polyethylene and includes ventilation holes in cap sides for cool air circulation.

The smooth crown helps reduce risk of objects catching on ribs.  Inside, the 4 point suspension is made of flexible polyethylene, includes a simple "Squeeze Lock" adjustable strap, and a free, cushiony soft sweatband. Clearance between the suspension and shell enhances cooling air flow, especially in warm environments.
